The “Battle by the Border” March 3 for boys basketball was just that - a battle. Littlefork-Big Falls had the lead early before International Falls came back to lead 27- 25 at the half.

To the editor, What a slap in the face it was for all up here in the 8th District. The president of the United States comes right here to northern Minnesota and as he and his wife get off Air Force One, he is greeted by elected officials and other dignitaries.
