The last class of Rainy River Community College graduates were recognized Friday, May 13, when 78 students, their families and friends took part in commencement ceremonies. It marked the last ceremony for Rainy River Community College as an independently accredited college within the Northeast Higher Education District.
All are encouraged to attend services as one of four sites in Koochiching County on Monday, May 30, to help recognize those who died in active military service, and thanks others who have served. In preparation for the day, flags will be placed at 9 a.m.
