August is over halfway gone. The International Falls Bass Championship is next week and then a week until Labor Day and it is all just going way too fast. I want to call a halt to time and just have a week where we all just read. And if we’re being magical, then let’s just make all our meals appear and we all have the perfect books for us to enjoy all week long.
‘Big Sam’ Chapter 3 “Big Sam” served in both the Danish Army when he was just 18 years old and after emigrating to the United States and proving up a homestead, he enlisted in United States Army and was stationed overseas during World War I. A daughter of Rainy Lake, Connie was born July 10, 1946 in Littlefork, MN to Clara and George Finstad of Ranier, Minnesota. She died unexpectedly August 12, 2022 on Finstad Lane in Ranier just 200 hundred feet from where she grew up.
