Borderland Mustang wrestler Aaron Freeberg recently took part in Northland Youth Wrestling Association regional tournament in Bemidji. Aaron had a 16-man bracket, and started out strong with a pin to advance in the championship side, reports coach Jeremy Mann.

Jessica was born February 2, 1985, in Waco, Texas to Patrick Harris and Clair (Brown) May. She grew up and attended school in Midland, Texas, where she obtained her GED. Jessica married John Morris and they had three daughters together. In December 2021 Jessica married Kristofer Goodrum and they made their home in Midland, Texas.

Newcomer Adam McIntyre will take the Koochiching County Commissioner District 3 seat after drawing 74 votes Tuesday to Brian McBride’s 34 votes in a special election. The election drew a total of 108 votes from county residents in the district, which covers people in the International Falls East Ward and the Ranier-West Precinct.
Members and supporters of Voyageurs Country ATV Club, working to connect existing trails in St. Louis and Lake counties north to Ray, Ericsburg, Littlefork, and International Falls, are encouraged to take part in a Voyageurs National Park planning process.
Active flooding in northern Minnesota is expected in the next week or two, as warm temperatures and rain are forecast while a lot of wet snow remains on the ground.
