Tammie Kay Nass, 48, went to be with the Lord on September 22, 2021. Tammie was born on November 4, 1972 in Fridley, Minnesota. When she was two, the family moved to International Falls where she resided up to her passing. She graduated from Falls High School in 1991.

Tammie was currently employed at Holiday Gas Station as an assistant manager. She had been employed by Pizza Hut, United Health Care, Sammy’s, and Domino’s.

Tammie loved spending time with her friends and family which were so very important to her. Her real passions in life were bowling and golf, which she excelled at. She also liked playing pool, fishing, and being at the lake. She also liked to travel and go to casinos.

Tammie was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Lloyd and Esther Jensen; paternal grandfather, Harold Nass; uncles, Larry Jensen, Don Nass, Tim Nass, and Roger Lehman; cousin, Jesse Jensen; and close personal friend, Deanna Gordon.

Tammie was very generous in life and in death as she became an organ donor that saved three lives.

Tammie is survived by her parents, Barb and Arnold Nass; sister, Robin (Rick) Gernentz; nephews, Joseph (Kerri) Rhodes and Richard (Toni) Rhodes; paternal grandmother, Anna Strand; aunts, Janet Pulkka, Debra (Ted) Wolden, Deanne Lehman, and Cheryl Kennedy; uncles, Wally Jensen, Dennis Jensen, Thomas Nass, Paul Strand, Bob Strand, James Strand; close friends, Missy Zaren and Julie Paulson; and many cousins and friends.

A Celebration of Life for Tammie Nass will be held at the Elks on October 4, 2021 from 4 pm- 7 pm in International Falls, MN.
