Mollie Jo Besch, 41, of Bemidji, MN and formerly of International Falls, died on Sunday, June 12, 2022 at her home surrounded by her loving family.

Mollie was born on July 14, 1980 at International Falls to David and Natalie Stavseth. She graduated from Falls Senior High School with the Class of 1998. She later attended Northwest Technical College to study as a Medical Transcriptionist.

Mollie was united in marriage to Ryan Wayne Besch on July 28, 2007 at Zion Lutheran Church.

Her various places of employment included, Super One in Int’l Falls; Lueken Grocery and Sanford Medical Center both in located in Bemidji.

Mollie had a special place in her heart for her hockey family as she was involved in the Bemidji Youth Hockey and AAA Hockey Programs.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Gustav and Marian Stavseth and Lornie and Ina Vertina; Cousin, Benjamin Stavseth and her beloved dog, Baxter.

Survivors include husband, Ryan Besch; sons, Kaleb and Brock Besch; father, David Stavseth; mother, Natalie Stavseth; Father and Mother in-law, Randy and Jane Besch; Brother in-law and sister in-law, Jesse and Laura Besch; sister inlaw, Tara Besch; Uncle, Bruce Stavseth; Uncle and Aunt, Bob and Pam Peterson; Uncle and Aunt, John and Jan Strain; Uncle and Aunt, Jim and June Stavseth; Uncle and Aunt, Dan and Sheri Vertina; Uncle and Aunt, Wayne and Bev Forsythe; all of her beloved cousins, hockey family and many friends including special friend, Travis Stoltz.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 18 at 1:00 pm at Zion Lutheran Church in International Falls. A visitation will be held one hour prior to the memorial service.

A Celebration of Life will follow the service at the Union Hall, 509 3rd Street, Int’l Falls.
