Irving L. Bird 82, of Bullhead City, AZ formerly of International Falls, MN, died Wednesday, December 7, 2022, In Bullhead City, AZ.

Irving Leland Bird was born on June 10, 1940, the son of Glen and Gunda (Haukom). In 1961 he was united in marriage to Frances Felix. They made their home in International Falls where Irving owned Second Bridge Grocery which eventually turned into Second Bridge Auto and Transport CO.

Irving was preceded in death by his parents, brothers, Ronald and Richard; sister, Verna; brother-in-law, Albert Felix; and brotherin-law and sister-in-law, Bill and Gloria Gadd. Irving is survived by his wife, Frances of Bullhead City, AZ; son Randy (Cathy) Bird; daughter, Cheryl (Bart) Brellenthin; grandchildren, Brian (Korie Battalion) Bird and Brandon (Bre Black) Bird, Lauren (Brad) Killen, Logan Bieter, and Nick Brellenthin; great-grandchildren, Emmlyn and Naella Bird; sister Bev (Mike) Fangel; sister-in-law Nadi Felix; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be conducted on Thursday, December 22, 2022, at 12:00 p.m. at the Evangelical Covenant Church in International Falls. Visitation will begin one hour prior.

Burial will be at Forest Hill Cemetery in International Falls.
