Milo S. Larson 86, of International Falls, Minnesota, died on February 7, 2023, at Solvay Hospice House in Duluth MN.
Gerald “Jerry” Frank, age 90 years of International Falls, died on Monday, February 13, 2023, at Rainy Lake Medical Center. He was born on May 26, 1932, in Pelland Junction, Minnesota, the son of William and Eva (Braford) Frank. He grew up in the Falls with his siblings, brothers Billy and Don; and sisters, Karen, Janet, and Linda. Jerry attended Holler School, Backus Jr. High and graduated from Falls Sr. High School in 1950.
The International Falls boys swimming team put on an impressive display Feb. 14 winning a dual meet against Chisholm at the Falls High Pool to wrap up their regular season.

Bronco Lola Valenzuela had a big night Feb. 14 with 29 points in a 79-58 win against the Warroad Warriors.
The Littlefork Big Falls girls basketball team hosted International Falls Feb. 17 as the two teams played for the second time this season. The first five minutes of the game were very even before foul trouble started for the Vikings and that allowed the Broncos to get better looks at the basket and took 39-15 lead into halftime. The game would go to running time as International Falls won 6427.
The International Falls Bantam A team beat Rock Ridge 4-3 on Sunday in Virginia to advance to the Region Tournament in Thief River Falls March 3-5. The team lost the first game on Saturday to Rock Ridge 8-1 with William Yerxa netting the lone goal.
