Bronco Lola Valenzuela had a big night Feb. 14 with 29 points in a 79-58 win against the Warroad Warriors.
The Rainy River basketball teams wrapped up their regular seasons Feb. 18 in Thief River Falls.
The Littlefork Big Falls girls basketball team hosted International Falls Feb. 17 as the two teams played for the second time this season. The first five minutes of the game were very even before foul trouble started for the Vikings and that allowed the Broncos to get better looks at the basket and took 39-15 lead into halftime. The game would go to running time as International Falls won 6427.
The International Falls Bantam A team beat Rock Ridge 4-3 on Sunday in Virginia to advance to the Region Tournament in Thief River Falls March 3-5. The team lost the first game on Saturday to Rock Ridge 8-1 with William Yerxa netting the lone goal.

The east entrance of the library is now open! The stairs have been replaced and while we will have to wait until spring for railings and finish work the stairs are usable as long as they don’t become icy. We can’t use de-icer this winter as part of the finish work includes sealing the concrete to protect the work.
