One thing I appreciated straight away when delegated the task of arranging a location for a family Christmas afternoon meal, was the fact that nothing online was involved. No logging in, no high speed internet, and no waiting for confirmation at breakneck speed, no concern that everyone who ever wanted to snoop in on a north woods venue, place and time, would be in the know.

The Border Battle between the Fort Frances Muskie and International Falls Bronco boys hockey team was played Dec. 16, for the first since Feb. 4, 2020. The game was a back-andforth battle early with both teams getting chances and some big hits.
The Littlefork-Big Falls boys basketball team was in action Monday, Dec. 19, as they were in Kelliher to take on Northome-Kelliher.
