Concept for Ranier dock unveiled

Preliminary concept drawings of a proposed new dock in Ranier were discussed at an open house on the project last week. Engineers Jeremy Walgrave and Jason Chopp, Short Elliot Hendrickson, answered questions about what’s been called the Safe Harbor project, planned to replace the dock and boat ramp at the end of Spruce Street.
