Class of ‘57
The FHS Class of 1957 (aka the GOAT) held their annual class luncheon at the Thunderbird Lodge on July 17. Attendees had a great time visiting while enjoying good food in a great setting. Classmate Norm Boyum made and donated a cribbage board and a welcome sign as door prizes. Pat Kjellgren and Jan Madson were the lucky winners. This annual event is held on the third Thursday in July each year.

Rotary Report
At this week’s meeting of the Rotary Club of International Falls, Club President Kimberly Usery shared exciting news about the return of the Healthcare Career Exploration Class, a collaborative effort between Rainy Lake Medical Center and ISD 361.


State butterfly
The monarch was named the state’s official butterfly in 2000 and is commonplace in Borderland.
