What is TZD?
Question: Talk about a Minnesota traffic safety program that’s been around for 20 years.Answer: Here is some information from our DPS blog: Minnesota has seen a 32 percent reduction in traffic fatalities between 2003 and 2022, in part due to the Toward Zero Deaths traffic safety program.The Department of Public Safety joined traffic safety partners across Minnesota to mark 20 years of saving lives through the TZD program this week with a conference in Rochester aimed at keeping us all safe, whether you’re a driver, passenger or pedestrian.
