The holding facility is still quiet, but that’s not uncommon for January.We do have a feel good community story, though.The International Falls police found a dog wandering in the bitter cold last Thursday night, so they brought the dog to the BHS holding facility.Rowland, one of the BHS volunteers, arrived for his regular volunteer shift at 6:30 a.m., he sent Betsy pictures of the dog and the intake form by 6:35 a.m.
