The Bronco Bass Fishing Team held its season ending awards ceremony on Monday, Aug. 8, when the top 6 anglers were named. The top angler for the season was Ben Glowack. Along with taking the top spot, Glowack wins a $2,000 scholarship. Second place went to Gavin Loveless and a $1,500 scholarship, a $1,000 scholarship went to Dillon Rud who placed third, Carter Mc-Bride took home $500 along with his fourth place finish. Gage Wallender was fifth and Kim Wehrenberg was sixth. These six will get to participate in the state tournament on Big Stone Lake near Ortonville on Sept. 10 and 11.

The Bronco Bass Fishing Team competed in its third tournament of the season Sunday, July 31, on Pelican Lake in Orr. When the competition was held on Pelican in May, the winning weight was over 19 pounds.
