Bronco HOF needs help

It’s been said that being a Bronco is forever, and the Bronco Athletic Hall of Fame, or HOF, was started in 2012 to recognize some of the outstanding Broncos among them. This project was initiated by the vision of longtime Bronco coach Stuart Nordquist and local sports broadcaster Timm Ringhofer, each who have been a driving force behind the Hall of Fame.

SPORTS NOTEBOOK

The Rainy River baseball team played Northland in a doubleheader in Eveleth Monday. In Game 1, the Voyageurs trailed 6-2 going to the bottom of the 6th. Rainy responded with 4 runs to tie the game at 6. Northland scored 3 runs in the top of the 7th before the Voyageurs answered back with 3 of their own to force extra innings tied at 9.
