The International Falls boys swimming and diving team participated in the Section 6A finals on Saturday in Grand Rapids. Senior Adrion Mannausau got the day started by placing 3rd in the diving competition and qualified for the state meet. After the meet, Mannausau said there was a dive that turned his meet around.

Tuesday There were no local games scheduled for Monday and a few games have been postponed already for today. The Bronco boys playoff hockey game against Duluth Denfeld has been postponed to Wednesday as has all Section 7A and 7AA playoff games.

Jim Rolando honored with plaque

Longtime Bronco boys basketball coach Jim Rolando was honored Saturday at the Falls High School gym, during halftime of a game coached by his son, Don Rolando. Rolando, who died in 2021, was recognized with a plaque presented to the Falls School District, which will display it where FHS students and players into the future will see it: Outside the gym at FHS.
