The International Falls Bantam A team beat Rock Ridge 4-3 on Sunday in Virginia to advance to the Region Tournament in Thief River Falls March 3-5. The team lost the first game on Saturday to Rock Ridge 8-1 with William Yerxa netting the lone goal.
The Littlefork Big Falls girls basketball team hosted International Falls Feb. 17 as the two teams played for the second time this season. The first five minutes of the game were very even before foul trouble started for the Vikings and that allowed the Broncos to get better looks at the basket and took 39-15 lead into halftime. The game would go to running time as International Falls won 6427.

The Voyageur men had to rally from a halftime deficit to pick up a win over Mesabi Range. Trailing by 3 at the half, Rainy River won 69-65 as Malik Siggers had 25 points and Tyrecke Francois 18 to lead the way as both made five 3-pointers in the contest.
