These two sizeable fish were taken Sunday, May 19, from Pipestone Lake by Alex Marklowski, 824 Armit Ave., Fort Frances. Markowski caught the northern which weighs 18.1 pounds and one of his companions, Miss Sandra Beck, caught the 13.2 pound trout. The fish were caught on smelt.
