Denise Marie Romanowicz, 65, of International Falls, Minnesota, died on Sunday, January 9, 2022 at the Good Samaritan Society-International Falls.

Denise was born September 6, 1956 to Alvin and Ethel Snare in Grafton, North Dakota.

She was a singer, an interpreter, and a veterinary assistant throughout her life.

Denise enjoyed singing, dancing, taming feral cats, and rehoming animals. She most enjoyed spoiling her grandchildren and was famous for her deviled eggs, but could not stand onions.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Alvin and Ethel Snare.

Denise is survived by her son, Chadd Romanowicz; daughter, Darcy Randal; her six grandchildren; brother, Mark Snare; and sisters, Terri Mio and Judy Secrist.

A graveside service will be held on Saturday, June 18, 2022 at 10:30AM at the Forest Hill Cemetery in International Falls.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Borderland Humane Society.
