Joanne Menette (Hodgdon) Hogan

Joanne passed peacefully on June 30, 2021 in Spokane, Wash. She was preceded in death by her parents Donald and Menette Hodgdon and siblings Robert and Randy.

Joanne was born May 27, 1930 in Bemidji. Don and Menette moved to International Falls shortly thereafter where both were involved in separate businesses over many years.

Joanne graduated Falls High School, class of 1948. She married Larry Hogan in 1951 and the couple resided in St. Peter, MN until Larry graduated from Gustavus Adolphus College in 1952.

Early in their marriage Joanne and Larry located to Spokane, WA where they shared their lives over 70 years and raised their 4 children.

Remaining to cherish Joanne’s memory are her husband Larry, their children, Bruce (Brenda), Linda, Nancy and Scott (Jackie) and six grandchildren and fifteen great-grandchildren.
