Wanda Mae Stintzi, of Littlefork, MN, passed away on April 9, 2022 at Miller-Dwan Medical Center in Duluth, MN.
She was born November 25, 1941 in Garden City, Kansas to Clarence and Verna Kiehl. At the young age of only four months old, her mother passed away and she was raised by her loving aunt and uncle, James (Jim) Kiehl and Viola Fern (Honey) Kiehl.
She was a loving mother, grandmother, sister, and friend. She was raised in a loving and busy home. Her parents raised many children and she was a sister to all of them. She loved horseback riding and playing basketball in school.
After working numerous years as a manager for the IRS in Seattle, WA, Wanda retired and moved to Littlefork, MN.
After her retirement, she enjoyed baking, embroidering, crocheting, and traveling to yearly family reunions. Every weekend, she enjoyed cooking a family meal so we all could be together. She missed visiting and interacting with other people, so she went back to work part time for Lynden Larson Law Firm in International Falls, MN.
