Darleen (Jones) Woodbridge, 91, a resident of the Ranier Roost, died on Wednesday, June 15, 2022 at Rainy Lake Medical Center, in International Falls, Minnesota.

Darlene was born on June 13, 1931, one of four children. She was raised by her mother on a farm in Bruno, Saskatchewan in her early years.

Her first marriage was to Max Gardner from 1955 to 1963. She then married Paul Woodbridge on July 11, 1973. He predeceased her in June of 1989.

Darlene moved to the Ranier Roost on June 24, 1989 and remained there until her death. She loved to dress-up, shop, and attend social gatherings where she could listen to music and dance. When she was able, she loved riding her three-wheeled bicycle.

During her lifetime she attended the Salvation Army and Assembly of God Churches.

Darlene was proud of her work with the ODC. She especially liked to clean at the Backus Building. She retired on December 31, 2008.

Darlene is survived by her brother, Delhart Jones of Bemidji, MN; stepdaughters, Eleanor and Evelyn, and other extended family members and friends.

Funeral services will be conducted at Green-Larsen Mortuary on Tuesday, June 21, 2022 at 11:00 a.m.

Interment will be at Forest Hill Cemetery in International Falls.
