Dennis G. Hell 63, of International Falls died Sunday, September 4, 2022, at his home in rural International Falls, Minnesota.
Dennis Gary Hell was born on March 9, 1959, the son of Wilbert and Fern (Fulz) Hell. He was blessed with a daughter, Danielle. Dennis was one of the best small engine mechanics in the area, he had a very special gift for working on anything and was always there to lend a hand. He also worked for Polaris, Rainy Lake Marina, and was a heavy equipment mechanic for MacQueen Equipment in St. Paul.
Dennis enjoyed snowmobiling and racing snowmobiles, fishing, hunting, drag racing with his 71 Dodge Demon, welding, working on cars and small engines, and farming. He also enjoyed hanging out with his nephews, Joey, Troy, Jason, Chad, Jamie, Vinnie, Lyle, Yancy, and many more. Dennis never knew what they would bring him to challenge his mechanic skills, but his heart and his garage were always open.
Dennis’ daughter was his pride and joy and he was the greatest father, anyone could have. He continually protected her and watched over her. He was also a wonderful grandfather and loved giving his grandson rides on the lawn mower.
Dennis was preceded in death by his parents, and brothers, Lee, Steven, and John.
