Nancy Ann Carew, 76, of International Falls, Minnesota, went to be with her lord and savior, Jesus Christ, on Saturday, December 11, 2021. She passed at Rainy Lake Medical Center with family around her.

Nancy was born February 27, 1945 in International Falls to Sidney Albert Ruby and Ann Rickbeil.

Nancy was married to her husband, Terry, for 57 years.

She had two children, Kenneth Carew and Kimberlee (Bud) Mead, and also a special niece, Kathy Byman.

After graduation, she worked many years for Rainy River Improvement Co. and then for Kalar and Bucholz Dentist Office as an office manager. She was a lifelong Member of First Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Sidney and Ann; her sister, Evelyn; and her brother, Laurence.

Nancy is survived by her husband, Terry; and her children, Kenneth and Kimberlee.

Nancy will be remembered for her hospitality. There was always room at her table for a few more.

Per Nancy’s request, there will be no funeral service. In the summer of 2022, there will be a graveside service at Forest Hill Cemetery in International Falls, MN.

If so desired, memorials would be preferred to go to First Baptist Church in International Falls, MN.
