The following pictures were taken from a drone by the Beltrami County Sheriff’s Office on Tuesday. They are images of the ice cracks on the southeastern area of Upper Red Lake near Waskish. The correlating “heat image” clearly shows the warm water visible in the cracks. The black items on the ice are fish houses.
