Bob LeClair and Nick Foix, from Grand Rapids, caught this trophy lake sturgeon fishing Sunday near Birchdale. The fish measured 76 inches long, with a girth of 35 inches. Minnesota Department of Natural Resources staff reported that one other fish has been caught that size. Estimated age is 70 and weight is from 125 to 130 pounds.CONTRIBUTED PHOTO
