Rosemarie “Rosie” Krzoska, 65, of International Falls, Minnesota, died on Sunday, July 10, 2022 surrounded by her loving family, at Rainy Lake Medical Center.

Rosie enlisted in the United States Marine Corp. in January 1977 and served as a Staff Sergeant until she was honorably discharged in January 1986.

The former Rosie deBernardeaux was united in marriage to Wesley Krzoska on December 8, 2005.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Mary Johnston; father, John deBernardeaux and step-father, Kenneth Johnston.

Survivors include husband, Wesley Krzoska; sons, Andrew Krzoska III and Jason Krzoska; daughters, Brigette (Ed) Brandt, Ashley (Jeremy) Hynes and Angela Krzoska (Kenny); fourteen grandchildren; brothers, John deBernardeaux (Aya), Doug deBernardeaux (Judy); sisters, Sandra Westover (Tim), Pam (Paul) Martin; step-brothers, Mark Johnston, Dan (Mary) Johnston and Tim (Crystal) Johnston; step-sisters, Kandace (Bruce) Pahl and Kimberly Rudd; sister-in-law, Gwen Hasson (Doug); brothers-in-law, Wendell Krzoska (Joslyn) and Warren Krzoska.

Rosie was employed by the Walmart Corporation and later served as a retail manager at Kmart until retiring in 2017.

Her hobbies included hunting, fishing, camping, picking morels, spending time at the shack and attending Moondance Jam.

She was born on January 10, 1957 at Virginia, MN

Ṡhe will be deeply missed by those she loved.

Funeral services will be held on Monday, July 18, 2022 at 1:00 pm at Zion Lutheran Church. A visitation will be held one hour prior to the funeral.

Interment will be at Riverside Cemetery, Loman, MN with full military rites.
